What happens if I am missing an item from my order, but I was charged for it?

In the case of a missing item, please contact support@buymie.eu or reach out to us on Facebook. Buymie's standard protocol is that we will immediately credit your Buymie account with the cost of the missing item, this credit will remain on your account and automatically be applied upon your next order. We can also process a full refund for the amount in question upon request. Please note that a refund will take approx 3-5 business days to reach your account.
