Why is their two transactions for each order?

We currently operate a 2 stage payment process. 

Stage 1 - When you place your order we charge you for the amount displayed at the time of purchase. 

Stage 2- When we complete delivery we charge your card for the fixed delivery and processing fee as well as settle any +/- price difference there may have been in store.

This process is to avoid the process of pre-authorisation, which might hold up funds for up to 5-10 days if a debit card is used. Please note, we will only charge for the items delivered to you and will only send one receipt to you for each order.
