Why are items missing from my order?

If an item is out of stock and the personal shopper is unable to find a substitute or unable to get hold of you on the phone, the shopper may remove the item from your basket and proceed with the other items. We will only charge for the items delivered to you.

For orders from supermarkets, it is advisable to choose a bigger store, if available, for a larger selection of items and more stocking quantity.
