Our personal shopper may call you and suggest similar products as an alternative. With your permission, those items are then substituted and will be reflected in the final amount charged to you. If the personal shopper cannot find similar products as an alternative, or you do not want the items to be substituted, those items will be marked as out of stock and Buymie would refund the relevant amount to your Buymie account, and this amount will be automatically added to your checkout screen for your next order. We will only charge for the items delivered to you.
