Why are items out of stock after I’ve placed an order?

Our personal shoppers handpick every item from your chosen nearby store. Since we do not deliver from warehouses, our shoppers might find some of the items you have ordered are unavailable. If the shopper cannot find similar products as an alternative, or you do not want the items to be substituted, those items will be marked as out of stock and Buymie would refund the relevant amount to you. We will only charge for the items delivered to you.

For orders from supermarkets, it is advisable to choose a bigger store, if available, for a larger selection of items and more stocking quantity.
