Why are items substituted?

Our personal shoppers handpick every item from your chosen store. Since we do not deliver from warehouses, our shoppers might find some of the items you have ordered are unavailable. Unless specific instructions for substitutions are given, our shopper may call you and suggest similar products as an alternative. With your permission, those items are then substituted and will be reflected in the final amount charged to you. If you do not want those items to be substituted, they will be marked as out of stock and Buymie would refund the relevant amount to you.
